GAL Homing Report for Year Ending October 2004
Dave, GAL'S hard working Homing Co-Ordinator, presented GAL's homing figures at the AGM last weekend. These figures cover the 12 month period to 31st October 2004. Dave was pretty disappointed at not breaking the 200 hundred barrier this year but promises to try harder in the next 12 months!
For that 12 month period GAL rehomed 196 dogs, this consisted of 68 male Greyhounds, 50 female Greyhounds, 40 male Lurchers and 38 female Lurchers.
The first 3 dogs of the 'new' year went to their new homes this week and at time of writing GAL have 53 dogs in kennels or foster homes, it's going to be a busy 12 months!!...
